Shirley Plant“Moms need to give themselves permission to say … I’m going to go have a hot bath.” – Shirley Plant
Do you feel overwhelmed when it comes to changing your eating habits (especially your children’s)? Do you feel like you don’t know where to start? Do you feel like you have to sacrifice foods you once loved that aren’t so healthy to foods that are healthy, but maybe not so good? What if you could have both – food that is healthy AND tastes good!
The truth is that eating healthy does not have to be complicated. Like everything in life, there is always a learning curve when doing something new but it’s only as complicated as we decide to make it in our mind. If you believe eating healthy is complicated, then it will be complicated.
Thankfully, Shirley Plant is here to share some simple tips to get you on the track to living a healthy, more energetic life. It is possible and it does not have to be complicated.
