Cynthia Pasquella

Have you ever experienced so much pain in your life that you felt like you only had two options? One, you either drastically change the way in which you live or, two, you end it… Well, this week’s guest had this experience and thankfully she is with us today to share her inspiring story.

Cynthia Pasquella grew up in extreme poverty with no running water or indoor plumbing. The place she called home was filled with drug abuse, domestic abuse and suicide. After years and years of pain and suffering she had enough and in her darkest hour something dawned on her. She thought “Everything I had experienced hadn’t happened to me. It had happened for me.” In that moment she describes the shift that happened.

Listen in to hear about her journey through struggle and find out how she now lives her life!

Mallika Chopra

Who am I? What do I want? How can I serve? What am I grateful for? Those are the questions that Mallika’s dad, Deepak Chopra, instilled in her as a young child.

Mallika is here to share that even when you’re dad is Deepak Chopra life can still be messy. We all have our own paths to walk and have our own unique lessons  to learn.

Mallika shares some of the greatest lessons her father taught her as well as how you can incorporate mediation into your daily life. Even after Mallika left meditation for years, she was pulled back and it once again has proven to be a significant factor in living a life with purpose, peace and joy.

Join us as we step into the world of Mallika Chopra.

Fulfilled LifeWhat does it take to be fulfilled? Is it different for you than it is for us? Do we need to go out and achieve things? Do we need to acquire stuff? Is it based on our circumstances? Do we need to have specific opportunities?
We believe that we all have the ability to be fulfilled. It doesn’t matter what you have, what you have done where you are or what has happened to you in the past. All that matters is what you do what what you know right NOW.
It’s not about the circumstances you find yourself in. It’s about the mindset you bring to those circumstances. Ultimately, our mindset is the only thing we truly have control over. As much as we may like to think that we can control other people and circumstances, the truth is, we can’t. We can only control ourselves.
This episode will share the 3 things that matter most when creating a fulfilled life. These 3 things can be applied by anyone, anywhere, anytime. They are things that you have 100% control over. You get to decide whether or not you want to use them in every single moment of your life. The more you practice using them, the better you will get. If you’re dedicated enough, they will become 2nd nature to you and, before you know it, you will be living a fulfilled life.

ITs Ok Project - Valerie Whissell
“The fear will show up everyday, like an appointment.” – Valerie Whissell of The ITs Ok Project
This is a special episode that we think you’re really going to like. We don’t promote ourselves as coaches, however, we had a friend reach out to us who really wanted to have a conversation. We obviously wanted to do what we could to help her out so we set something up.
The cool part is that we recorded the conversation and, because she has such a big heart and wants to serve people in any way she can, she was more than happy to allow us to share this very intimate conversation with you.
Valerie Whissell is the founder of The ITs Ok Project. The ITs Ok Project is about sharing and spreading the ITs Ok vibe in this world because… well… ITs Ok! But sometimes ITs not Ok… That’s what she wants to talk about.
Enjoy this conversation that covers everything from overcoming fear (and whether or not it’s possible) to finding balance in your life (or whether or not there is such thing) to trusting your intuition. This conversation covers a lot to say the least…

Why The ITs Ok Project?

The ITs Ok journey all started a few years ago as Valerie was struggling with depression. During that period when she was having a rough time getting through the day, she would write ITs Ok on her arm to keep herself focused on a positive state of mind. Along her way to recovery, these two words never left her. Today, she is more than grateful of where life has brought her and she feels the need to spread the ITs Ok vibe around, hoping it might help others as much as it helped her!
